Product delivery instructions

1. Ordering and delivery: After completing the ordering process, the goods will be shipped within 3-5 working days in the order of the order, and the designated address will be delivered within 1-2 working days after shipment. The delivery workday is Monday to Friday, and no delivery on weekends. In case of out-of-stock, defective and other product conditions, we will contact you by phone or email.

2. Order and delivery on weekends and national holidays: Complete the order between 6:00 pm on Thursday and all day on Sunday, and we will process the packaging and delivery for you in the order of the next Monday. If it is a national holiday, it will be postponed to the normal working day and shipped in sequence, please forgive me.

3. Taiwan delivery schedule: Taipei City will be delivered within 1-2 days after shipment; other regions in Taiwan (excluding remote and outlying islands) will be delivered within 1-3 days after shipment; remote areas and outlying islands of Taiwan The delivery time will need to be adjusted according to the delivery status.

4. Other delays: Due to specific events and holidays, the shipment may increase. We will make a separate announcement to notify and complete the shipment on the normal delivery day as much as possible. If there are many orders, it may be delayed 1-2 days to complete the shipment, please forgive me. If the goods are found to be out of stock or defective when they are ready to be shipped, we will have someone special to notify you to confirm the shipment.

5. Shipping requirements for special schedules: In case of specific festivals, such as Lunar New Year, Valentine's Day, Christmas, and major events, the shipment volume is large, we will send additional manpower for packaging and shipment, and occasionally logistics business volume Please forgive us for any delays in the delivery schedule, and please feel free to inform us of your needs and inquire about the delivery status.

6. If the order to be confirmed cannot be contacted for more than 1 month, the system will automatically cancel the order, notify the order has been cancelled by EMAIL letter, and enter the refund process for the paid order (except cash on delivery).
